Take primary responsibility for one or two country programmes — producing frameworks, conducting needs assessments, managing partner-NGO relationships, and preparing quarterly impact reports.

Community Healthcare Fieldworkers

Design community health education materials, train local health workers, develop mobile-clinic protocols, and build outcome-monitoring frameworks for our Healthcare Access programme.

Livelihoods & Micro-Enterprise Advisors

Build the Livelihoods Programme Toolkit, design seed-grant processes, develop partner mentoring frameworks, and establish impact-measurement tools so widowed women earn within months.

Fundraising & Donor Engagement Coordinators

Develop WIDOW’s fundraising strategy, research and write grant applications, build corporate CSR partnerships, manage the donor database, and coordinate fundraising events.
